Chef Mathis came through for us on short notice and did an incredible job. We needed a very specific custom performance meal prep order with clean ingredients, macro targets, and dietary restrictions — gluten-free, dairy-free, seed-oil-free, and prepared with quality oils only. He was responsive, professional, flexible, and easy to work with from the first message. The meals looked beautiful, were packaged cleanly, and he made sure everything was ready on time for pickup and delivery. You can tell he takes pride in his food and his presentation. We truly appreciate his help and look forward to working with him again for future private chef and custom meal prep orders. Highly recommend Chef Mathis for anyone looking for reliable, thoughtful, and quality-focused catering or private chef service.

Used Elite Catering for a volunteer thank you party. Ordered Chicken Alfredo and a red sauce, for those who don’t eat meat. The food came on time and was hot and excellent. Chef J made everything easy and he was a pleasure to deal with, a surprise, everything I needed came with the food, plates, cups, silverware , napkins, tea and lemonade. Also garlic bread and salad and dressing. All at a reasonable price. Call Elite Catering for your catering needs you won’t be disappointed.

I could not recommend Chef J and Elite Catering more! We hosted a NYE event and knocked the socks off of all of our guests - to the point that our guests were begging to take leftovers home or to come back for more! Chef and his wife were prompt, polite, and most professional. They used our kitchen for preparation and you would have never known it with how clean they left it when they were finished. The display and food were fantastic. What a wonderful experience. I will certainly be using them again and making sure that any and everyone else does too! Thank you for a wonderful evening and delicious food!
